Hello
its been a while, but ive been mega busy these last couple of weeks.
Had loads of work to do for Diabetes UK and Leeds Rugby.
Ive lost some weight so all is going as planned :-) just need to find some time to get to the pool more, thinking of evening swims, just hope i dont get too tired and fall alseep in the pool
so still keeping it going, had two weeks without a alki drink which has made me feel more active, tho only getting 3 mins sleep on saturday night didnt help lol
erm activities: meeting a certain person on thursday and then got nets that evening, friday im being let lose with a golf cart so anything could happen, saturday at work with poss night out with cricket boys, got a match at thackley on sunday (hello short boundry)
